Why it matters

Not a problem: the release may contain changes flowpact does not grade. Reported so the declaration is visible.

Nothing to fix if the release has other changes; otherwise declare the smaller impact.

Change the severity (or turn the rule off) in .github/flowpact/flowpact.config.yml, by code or by name:
